Dear colleague,

the Deadline for Registrations and Abstract Submissions to 
ECLOUD'02 is January 31, rapidly approaching. Participants
may register and submit abstracts through the workshop web 
site

http://wwwslap.cern.ch/ecloud02

if they have not already done so. Also all invited speakers 
are reminded to submit an abstract for their presentation. 

The preliminary programme can be found on the above web site,
where soon after the deadline we will post an updated version 
as well as lists of the registered participants and of all 
the abstracts we have received.

Participants wishing to stay on the CERN site should mention 
the ECLOUD'02 workshop when they contact the CERN hostel 
(http://cern.web.ch/CERN/housing/hotel/Hostel.html ), 
as we have reserved a number of rooms especially for this event.

(There have been a few problems, for which we like to apologize,
but this procedure should function now. In case of any difficulties
please contact Juliette Thomashausen.) 

For your planning purposes, we remind you that the workshop 
registration will commence on Sunday (14/04) in the late 
afternoon, and that we are organizing a self-financed dinner 
in an Italian restaurant following this registration.
